BW-320 national mud pump is a horizontal multifunctional reciprocating single acting triplex pump, which can run under 4 different speeds and flows by reduction gearbox.
It is not only suitable for such new drilling techniques as hydro-hammer drilling within 1000m bore depth, screw drilling within 1500m bore depth, turbodrilling, ordinary inner core drilling method within 2500m bore depth, and also other application areas, such as soft subgrade’s grouting treatment, construction drilling, horizontal drilling, high mountain water transportation, mineral bore dewatering, embankment grounting, etc..
Its main function is to circulate the washing fluid inside the drill bores and rush out the rock debris to the ground, to keep the bore bottom clean, to protect the bore wall from collapse and to cool down and lubricate the drilling bits or drilling tools.
