It is also easy to cause soil pressure imbalance and cause ground subsidence and uplift. During the construction of trenchless drilling rigs, the pipeline will rub against the surrounding soil when it is pushed forward. When the pipe section is irregular, the joint is not flat or the pipeline is not straight, the disturbance generated by the friction will increase, and it is easy to cause ground subsidence and uplift.
Ground subsidence and uplift may occur during or after the construction of the trenchless rig. This kind of ground change that occurs on both sides of the pipeline axis easily affects surrounding buildings and road traffic, and even endangers safety. During pipe jacking construction, there are various reasons that may cause ground subsidence and uplift, which need to be analyzed one by one and treated differently.
