Symptoms: xz1000a does not rotate, pushing& pulling can work normally, how to determine the cause?
Rotary motion control, easy to go wrong with the general book circuit, hydraulic pump and motor. Now let’s examine these parts in turn.
1 circuit check.
1.1 check whether the electrical signal is given normally.
First of all, it is necessary to test whether the operating handle can give signals normally. Use a multimeter to connect the corresponding terminals of the operating handle, and let the operating handle give signals (forward rotation and reverse rotation). If the voltage changes greatly at this time, the operating handle can give signals.
1.2 check whether the electrical signal is received normally.
Again, test whether the hydraulic motor can receive the signal. As shown in the figure, there are two blue circles, which represent that the motor receives the signal of forward and reverse rotation respectively. There are two terminals in each circle. Use a multimeter to test the electrical signals in the two circles.
When the multimeter is involved in the two terminals of forward rotation, the forward signal is given. If there is a large voltage change, it means that the forward signal can be received. When the multimeter is involved in the two terminals of reversal, the reverse signal is given. If there is a large voltage change, it means that the forward signal can be received.
2. Check the motor
A xz1000a has two rotary motors. We need to check whether these two motors are good.
As shown in the red circle, this is the inlet and outlet of a motor. Two motors should have four inlets and outlets.
Four coins are needed. Remove the inlet and outlet of the two motors respectively, insert coins to block the passage, and then screw the oil pipe back.
At this time, turn on the rotary switch and check the rotary pressure value of the instrument panel in the cab. If the value exceeds 30, it indicates that the rotary motor is damaged. At this time, it is necessary to further investigate which of the two motors is damaged. The way to find out is to take out all four coins. Block the entrance and exit of one motor with two coins, and keep the other motor unblocked. Turn on the rotary switch and check the rotary pressure value of the instrument panel in the cab. If the value exceeds 30, it indicates that the rotary motor is damaged. Then take out the coin, put it into another Madame, and test the motor for damage in the same way.
If the value exceeds 30, the hydraulic pump is good and the motor is broken. If there is no pressure, it means that the motor is good, and it is necessary to further test whether the hydraulic pump is good.
3. Check the hydraulic pump
The method to test the hydraulic pump is: remove the oil inlet pipe connected to the motor and start the drilling rig. At this time, there should be a large amount of oil gushing out (please note that the drilling rig can only be started for a short time, and the engine will be shut down immediately, because if the hydraulic pump is good, a large amount of oil will be ejected). If there is no oil, the pump is damaged.
