I.Features Introduction

1.It adopts many advanced control technologies, such as closed energy-saving circuit, load sensitive control, electro-hydraulic proportional control, imported components and reliable quality;
2.The pushing& pulling of the gear rack ensures the stability of the power head and the reliability of the transmission. The floating of the power head can greatly protect the drill pipe thread and improve the service life of the drill pipe;
3.The high-speed and low-speed push-pull rotation system and the plunger variable motor realize the high-speed and low-speed push-pull of the power head, increase the adaptability to the working conditions of the drilling rig and improve the construction efficiency of the drilling rig;
4.The pushing$pulling and rotation adopt multi stager output technology, and the engine adopts high-pressure common rail and full electronic control module technology, so the system is energy-saving and efficient construction;

3.Hydraulic system

4.Electrical system

The electrical part is equipped with electric start button, fuse box and main power switch.
For the construction technology of trenchless engineering, simple electrical pipeline is applied. The display position of each instrument is optimized and easy to observe. Wire remote control walking can realize stepless speed regulation and convenient operation. Engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure, hydraulic oil level temperature, return oil filtration, power head limit and other parameters are monitored and alarmed to effectively protect the safety of the machine.
